The fee for endontic treatment is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. This will be determined at the time of consultation and discussed with you prior to any treatment initiation. A consultation fee will be charged and is payable at time of service. If treatment is required for this tooth, the fee will be applied toward the treatment fee.
If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy, our administrative staff will try to acquire as much benefit information as possible from your carrier. Please note that any benefit information acquired is only an estimate and any outstanding claims by other dental care providers cannot be taken into accurate account. Based on our best available information we can tell you about plan coverage for your specific treatment. Our administrative staff will also assist you in completing required forms for reimbursement and submit then for payment on your behalf.
