If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy, our administrative staff will try to acquire as much benefit information as possible from your carrier. Please note that any benefit information acquired is only an estimate and any outstanding claims by other dental care providers cannot be taken into accurate account.

For Delta PMI enrollees please make sure to acquire and bring with you the required authorization paperwork from your referring dentist to your first appointment. This will be necessary in order to initiate consultation or any treatment.
